Cancellations, Refunds, Make-up Policies for Exploratores, LLC

Camps, workshops, and private events are non-transferable.
Ongoing classes are fully refundable (minus 10% per class registration) 1 month prior to the start date of the class your child is registered for. Please notify us about your refund request by email at info@exploratores.com and we will respond to you within 48 business hours which will be the confirmation of receipt of your email. If you do not hear from us then we have not received your request so please email us again.
If you notify us via email that you wish to cancel your registration 2 weeks prior to the start date of the class your child is registered for, 50% of the tuition will be refunded.
If you inform us less than 2 weeks prior to the start of the class your child is registered for, no refunds will be issued.
Cancellations once classes have started: Only if we have a waiting list and can fill your spot, will we refund you a prorated amount of the class (less a $25 processing fee per registration). If we are not able to fill your spot, we will unfortunately not be able to offer any refunds or credits for canceling. If you need to cancel, we encourage you to look for someone to fill your spot.
Switching classes: Only if we have availability in another class, you may make one switch per class cycle to another class for no additional cost. For any additional switches, a $25 processing fee will be applied. If you switch to a class with a price lower than the class you initially registered for, we will refund the difference in balance.
No refunds or credits will be issued for missed classes/workshops/camps/events.
No refunds or credits will be issued if your child is sick and either stayed home from or was sent home from class due to fever or other ailments.
Families can arrange up to ONE makeup per class cycle for a missed class depending on availability. We will not be able to accommodate more than one makeup class per cycle. Make up class might cover different topics. Make ups must be scheduled before the end of the class cycle and will not transfer to a future class cycle.
If a child is unable to follow staff directions and interferes with a class, the child might be asked to withdraw from the class and the remaining balance will be prorated and refunded.
